- Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance your brand strategy

- Create and lead social media initiative to drive brand or sales strategy or just create the necessary media assets to accompany current campaigns
- Design innovative new pieces complete with tech packs.
- Domestic cut and sew or full package production houses, or some of the largest manufacturers in Asia and other parts of the world.
- Insuring your production cycle and timelines are thought out, properly planned and attainable for product development, samples, production, fulfillment and delivery to customer whether wholesale or direct to consumer.
- Developing sustainable alternatives where possible in apparel cycle and streamline your logistics from manufacturer to customer.
- Fabric development both woven and knits here and at most other textile hubs
- Custom print recolor artwork for sampling strike offs or additional color ways
- Experienced with many varieties of surface treatments and embellishments developed for production here and overseas.
- Beading layouts and print pullouts for embellishments or sweater detailing

- Garment dye developments and multi layered placement prints as well as organic and vegetable sourced dyes
- Very familiar with screen-printing and sublimation processes
- Sourced fabrics from around the globe as well as the new more sustainable movements of recycled, organic and bio fabricated
- Provide quality control over concepts, product, identity and projects
- Work with the financial departments, strategy team, and sales to develop concepts and present to showroom and key customers.
- Lead online initiatives keeping core brand strategy intact, build teams as appropriate
- Set up the most efficient methods to determine open to buys based on your cash flow past demand for product and growth expectations based on budgets or revised forecasts.
- Help determine key competitive advantages, price points and how to communicate those features and benefits to showrooms/buyers/sales and of course customers
- Develop a strategic plan and roadmap to grow the E-Commerce business and support/enhance your company's sales structure.

Apparel and Fashion
Mayd is a Young Men's Lifestyle clothing company forged from the skate scene in Southern California. Labels include DNA-army, Kakaa and DNA core. The aesthetic emphasize casual comfort of the California beach lifestyle from its headquarters in Malibu mixed with the European sleek silhouettes and high-end finishes. Taking influence from the founders community of skaters, artist and hip hop celebrities. DNA's flagship store in Amsterdam has been a EU hub for the world traveling subculture since 2003. Catering to the Urban US here, the line is carried by Zumiez, Karmaloop, Pacsun as well as smaller skate stores throughout the US, Europe, South America and Asia.
Responsible for a product range technically styled womenswear and menswear at the beginning of the streetwear category as well as custom apparel from out Torrance factory. The primary lines were Stiky boardwear and Goo, a more fashion forward retro aesthetic influenced from our record label clients. The third brand Sun threads was the custom apparel arm and the name of the retail store and web development division.
Together with my business partner in the screen printing factory we developed the collections sold worldwide. Carried by Buckle, Gadzooks and Pac-Sun
Woman's wear company knits and wovens based in Gardena with all production and sourcing and sampling from the OK Sam location in Bali Indonesia.
Lead creative vision for the main line of Juniors jean line. Organize all inside and outside designers, design room and Pattern department. Responsible for all production fitting and tech packs, trim sourcing to productions in Mexico. Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs for reps and internal dept. heads and maintain showroom relationship requests.
Resposible for bead embroidery or other novelty layouts. Tech packs and coordination with sampling in Hong Kong and India. Sketching for vision boards or any other needed artwork for the department.
